Creating a Firefox extension
State:
I don't have a google account, so my way of managing youtube was the old school way, using my memory. But it is about to change.
Problem:
The ad blocking "thingy" appeared on my youtube screen not that long ago. This got me thinking that some users might lose their favorite content if google take some actions. Also my memory is not getting better, I guess, as time goes on.
Solution:
ITag UTube was born. A Firefox extension to organize youtube with custom tags, ability to search, filter and sort tagged channels and videos using the browser's local storage. It has shortcuts to open the menu, export and import data.
Hope some find it useful as well, I will use it indefinitely.
